Animal Adoptions
All adoptions are valid for one year.
Please remember, like all living creatures, zoo animals may become ill, pass away, or be transferred to another zoo. No ownership rights are conferred by this “adoption.”
Your family, friends, company, or school can symbolically adopt an animal at the zoo while avoiding the demands of pet ownership - including shredded furniture and a refrigerator invasion of worms and fish. As a zoo parent, you don't have to worry about taking your African lion in for shots - we'll take care of that!
*Please note that some perks listed below are not available for all animals at Lee Richardson Zoo. Please contact the FOLRZ Office to coordinate with Zoo Staff.
